If you want to cut your time in half in the kitchen,
then you need sharp knives. Sharpening devices only keep the knives
sharp for a period of time. If you want to bring the edge back to
when you first purchased the knife, then you need to get your knives
professional sharpened. It is very inexpensive and more effective
to have your knives sharpened by a professional.
We also professionally sharpen and repair all food processing equipment
which includes, slicer machines, band saws, buffalo chopper, meat grinders,
and mixers.
Our family business started out in the streets of Philadelphia in 1908
using a Moleta. (a knife sharpening/push cart) Five generations later,
we are still sharpening thousands of knives a week for restaurants, supermarkets,
food chains, meat processors and households in the tri-state area. All
specialty knives are sharpened by hand on a water cooled belt machine that
was imported from Germany.
Sharpening Prices:
Knives in normal condition, small chips or small broken points are included.

Repair Prices:
An additional charge of may apply from $2.00 to $5.00 for knives with
broken tips, severely chipped edges and knives that worn their shape.

Return shipping is $5.95. Your knives will be shipped and sharpened within
a 24 hour period.
